This head office fit out saw NSBS undertake a complete refurbishment of a 6,500sqft double storey office space and adjacent warehouse.

The ground floor space was remodelled completely to provide a reception, board room, fitness suite, breakout area, kitchen, large open plan office space, enclosed offices, a meeting room and toilets whilst works to the first floor created enclosed offices and a meeting room again with a large open office space and toilets.

To deliver the design, a mezzanine floor was installed, the open plan offices were formed by breaking through existing walls whilst full height partitioning created enclosed offices. Carpet tiles were laid throughout the office space with Altro walkway vinyl installed in the fitness suite, toilets, showers and kitchen / breakout area. The toilets were remodelled to meet DDA compliance.

Externally; all windows were upgraded and replaced with new entrance doors to reception and roller shutter to the warehouse, a ramp to reception was installed with handrails for accessible access. Externally, a propane gas store was built, car parking spaces formed and speed bumps installed.
